  1. Tom Smallwood, he’s deserved this for years, as for Belmo, he’ll break the majors record eventually. He’s still on a level of his own. Great show.

    1. Paderick Monahan why would you look at the comments if you didnโ€™t want a spoiler ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

    2. There are many components to basic rules of lawn bowls. One plan I found that successfully combines these is the Berts bowls guide (google it if you’re interested) it’s the most useful blueprint that I have ever seen. Check out the interesting information.

  2. So happy for Smallwood ! Such an incredible player, nice guy, keep it simple, humble, and very interesting ball roll

  3. Thanks for uploading. Had it ready to go on the DVR and the power went out so I only got to see the first match.

  4. A lot of people seem to not understand how different oil patterns are from one another. Belmo stuck with the line he used all week. And he qualified first averaging a 244 in 30 games.

Then he bowls a 239 and all you amateurs have the nerve to question his line? A 239? Seriously? And it’s amazing how everyone thinks they know what he should have done differently. Smallwood bowled incredibly. And there’s no line to the pocket that will high flush everytime. Bowling takes some luck. And if Belmo’s 239 had won, no one would have questioned the line he played. I wish everyone would calm down and just enjoy the sport. There’s a reason he’s won so many titles and continues to make telecasts.

    1. brush the oil fr don’t matter i bowl like 270 consistently and i just put oil wherever i want

    2. @katanakeith I can agree with you about the back problems. Itโ€™s something 2 handed bowlers donโ€™t understand. Although the foot on the ball return actually is not a half bad way to stretch because Iโ€™m guilty of doing it too. It feels comfortable lol

  5. When did everybody in the comments become a pro bowler? Belmo has made 2 majors this year and won 3 last year! So I really dont think he needs to change a damn thing…

  6. Saw that yesterday, I’m really happy for small wood, he did a great job! It was cool seeing Kris Prather, doesn’t live too far from me lol

  7. So I am bowling in league tonight, and Belmo was there doing a promotion for the X Bowling software. Amazing, super nice guy, was very gracious taking pics with everyone, signing kids bowling balls, taking pics, etc.. I always liked Belmo, never got the hate on him, he doesn’t strike me as a arrogant type like PW is, Belmo is on another level right now competition wise. He may have missed this one, but will get the 10th for sure.

    1. I agree. Belmo seems nice, even his pregame interview on this video, he says he gets nervous every time he is on tv. I think most of us would feel that way on that stage, Belmo saying it feels relatable. Personally I don’t like 2 handed bowling, it looks awkward to me, but hey, so does Tom Smallwood’s approach. Wouldn’t hate a player just because I don’t like their shot.

    2. Big Meech Yep, Psb. It wasn’t even announced, just walked into the doors and sheet of paper on the entrance warned people they were filming that day. Was pretty cool, he went to several lanes, and offered $100 to a person selected that threw a strike in the next frame. $100 into their X bowler account that is. Nice guy Belmo was.

  8. Going for Belmo at first, then saw Smallwood’s kiddos watching and I was like naw, Tom’s got to win this one.

  9. AMAZING!!!! I ALREADY KNOW FROM THE START THAT I WATCH IT….MY SOUL AND MY HEART SAID THAT “SUPPORT THAT BOY..AND WATCH HIS GAME…LETS SEE” AND THEN EVERY TIME HE SCORES HIGH I ALWAYS CLAP HARDLY๐Ÿ˜‚BECAUSE LIKE I SAID FROM THE START….HE’S GONNA WIN!!!!!๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒI FEEL LIKE A PROUD MAMA HHAHAHA…..BTW…FAN OF TOM SMALLWOOD FROM THE PHILIPPINES….CONGRATULATIONS!!!
