팔로슬루때 중약지가바닥과평행상태에서 손목을왼쪽으로 20도나 25도정도틀어놓고 왼쪽부위손가락들을 몸쪽으로 약간 당겨놓고 엘보우와텐션으로 해서 칠때 엄지라인이 바닥과평행상태로해서 쳐보시면요.
즉 팔로슬루때 로테이션해서 엄지라인이 바닥과평행상태로.

Maldo is such a machine! Hope he takes some time to heal up so we can see him at his best. Congrats to the winners, another amazing round!
Not bad Big M I also have a degerative lower back disc and no way when it hits me for weeks I can’t bowl! He probably has some stronger pain killers than I use 🙁
