He got an exemption from the PBA to wear them. So they inspected and approved them

The Stepladder Finals of the Cheetah Championship was amazing.
The 1st match had a crazy finish that had 3 gutterballs and 2 fouls. Also, the 2nd and Semi Final Matches had a fantastic finish.
