My current center. Medium length, medium ratio, med-light oil, OOB.
If you catch it fresh, i’ts really not bad, but they burn up quick and are oiled less frequently, so if you get a lane where either the middle is dry from casuals, or the 10-15 is dry from league bowlers, They become near impossible unless you “Norm Duke” a plastic Up 7 and don’t miss at all.
Flat pattern sucks, we had an issue with our lane machine and it oiled straight flat. I bowled on it and none of the balls would hook, literally have to throw straight into the pocket
If you bowled good the pattern wasn’t the hardest you’ve ever bowled on 🤣
Loving them mentioning Coldwater. Was my home center before I moved, and on top of the difficult shots it’s also notorious in the region for how often you leave corner pins.
US Open wins by a landslide.
The past 3 years it’s been the USBC Open Championships, for me.
