  1. Distance, total volume and ratio.
    Assuming no transition has occurred and is a fresh condition.*
    Distance- how far down the lane defined volume of oil is.
    Volume- how much oil is applied to the defined distance
    Ratio- how much built in friction there is laterally (left to right)
