Growing up as a bowler in the 1980’s, let me just say I despise the flashing lights, huge billboard screens, and especially the sound effects during the match. It feels like rock n bowl. But if it generates interest and ratings for the sport, I guess I can deal with it.
Smallwood noticeably let up on the speed on #10. That 9 pin could have easily been a 4-9, although he had the match in the bag already.
