François Lavoie versus Sean Rash during the Round of 16 at the 2020 PBA Playoffs. Lavoie became the second bowler in PBA history (along with Rash) to roll two career televised 300 games in PBA title events.
Originally aired October 17, 2020 from Bowlero Centreville in Centreville, Virginia.
Rash has been involved in a PBA-record six televised 300 games, rolling two and opposing four (Chris Barnes, Ronnie Russell, Jakob Butturff, Lavoie). Two other players, Ryan Shafer and Wes Malott, have rolled two televised perfect games, but Rash and Lavoie are the only two to do so in title events.

Francois is one if not the most underrated player
on the tour
He’s a worthy replacement in the PBA for Mike Fagan. Both are smooth action bowlers.
Francois is my favorite pba bowler. He reminds me of myself. He has a relatively low rev rate and relies on shot making to get a good score. He’s my inspiration and I try my best to learn and improve from him.
i love that he became the 2nd player to throw 2 300s on tv against the first player to throw 2 300s lmaoo
Also the fact he was using Belmonte’s ball against Rash! 🤣. That must have stung a little, ha.
@Jim Longworth i didnt even think about that lmao, salt in the wound fs 😂
@jordan Aldaco the king of swing was a non title pba event, so they didnt count as “official” 300s
For every 300 Rash has thrown on TV, he’s had another thrown against him
Lmao.
Who else watched this live last night and saw him shoot 300?
I did. It was the first I saw a 300 game live in my life
@Lucas Newman same here man
Me
@40 subscribers challenge After François got his 6th and 7th strike, I was like, “What Am I Witnessing, a Massacre to Sean Rash?” 😂
Don’t give a squat, nothing special anymore bout a 300
He was alot more excited on this one than the first one though Lol 😂
Also got to remember he had an enormous crowd behind him then, here there wasn’t a crowd hyping him up
And he did it with Jason Belmonte’s Ball against Rash, how poetic is that…..
but with ONE hand, the way it should be done 😛
also rash is very much used to 300’s on TV. now finally one against him
Poetic Justice!! I loved every frame of it!
Wonder if Sean will accuse the ball of messing with a bottle…
love the fact that you could hear Belmo scream after his 11th shot in the background 😀
Belmo was almost as happy as Lavoie that there was a 300 in TV with a ball he helped making
Using a Belmo ball must’ve really made Rash grind his teeth
@Reality lol the bottle speaks
What you’re saying is that Tom Smallwood is a one handed two hander.
@Pebbles Tom Smallwood uses his thumb, I think you mean Tom Daugherty
From what I can seen e.g. https://youtu.be/XLICWlmsElQ?t=32, Tom’s thumb isn’t in the ball.
@Reality there are two handers that use there thumb
Started using this ball (Trend) a few weeks ago, Love it!
By years end you should have a 900. Keep us posted
My freshman year of college I had the pleasure of bowling against Francois, it was his senior year, soft spoken and super nice guy.
1:45 “The only man who bowled two 300 on TV”
Oh wait
Foreshadowing irl
After Rash spares first frame:
Francois: I can shut him out
Randy just throwing shade at Sean Rash with his outside voice
Love the sportsmanship of Rash taking the video of Lavoie. These guys are all friends off of the TV. Very cool to watch him roll a perfect game.
There was no televised 300s in 2017, ’18, or ’19, but now there has been 3 in 2020 alone. Almost 4!
I saw this that’s AWESOME
I love how rash is such a good sport and even started rooting for him. You can see towards the end he started recording.
や^_^さ
Exceptional bowling. The Storm Trend rolls nice as well!

François: And I took that personally
He did it with a freakin mask on!!!
