    1. Even though the pin got dropped late, the strike still wouldn’t count because the pinsetter touched it at the top of it by an inch before that.

  1. Even tho the “back-up 10-pin” (aka 3 pin) was rolled out late, the pinsetter probably touched it by an inch before that.

    Therefore, I think the strike didn’t count.

  2. I’d seen that happen before when I bowled on a certain league that happened to one of the league bowlers. We were all floored by that reaction when that pin came out of the channel and stood back up. It is very rare but does happen from time to time. Bowling is weird sometimes.
